123. Except under the condition of exclusive use, the carrier shall ensure that the total number of packages, tanks, freight containers or overpacks aboard a single conveyance is limited such that the total sum of the transport indexes aboard the conveyance does not exceed the respective values specified in Table III of the Sixteenth Schedule.
124. Article 123 shall not apply to consignments of LSA-I as there shall be no limit on the sum of the transport indexes for consignments of LSA-I material.
