Istitlaa platform is a unified electronic platform affiliated with the National Competitiveness Center to seek the opinions of the public, government entities and the private sector regarding economic and development environment laws, regulations issued by government entities prior to its approval.
The Goal
The platform aims to enable individuals, government entities, and private sectors to express opinions and observations on projects related to economic and development affairs, which contributes to providing a safe and stable investment environment.
It provides one of the most important organizational development tools, which is (public consultation), which aims to improve the transparency and efficiency of the legislative environment, through the participation of the government sector, the private sector, and the public in the process of building legislation and benefiting from the opinions received on projects before their approval.
Mission
Spreading the public consultation culture and communicating with government entities to ensure that all drafted laws and regulations are published in Istitlaa platform, as well as providing relevant forms for government entities to publish the decision and results on the received inputs.

Developing the business environment in the Kingdom and enhancing its competitiveness by supporting the legislative aspect of government entities to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 to make the Kingdom among the ten most competitive countries globally by 2030.
