A. ​The government entity can submit its draft law for consultation more than once whenever the need arises.​

A. The platform provides a safe and stable business environment by enabling the public, government and the private sector to participate and express their opinions and views on proposed draft laws related to economic development before they are approved.​

​A. According to the Cabinet Resolutions No. (713) issued on August 22, 2017, and No. 476 issued on March 10, 2020, government entities must publish all proposed or amending draft laws related to economic development for consultation on the platform. The government entity also has the option to post any other proposals related to or regarding other affairs.​

​A. The period allocated for public consultation varies according to the draft law presented. The period for submitting draft laws approved by government entities' officials shall not be less than 15 days, and no less than 30 days for the projects approved by the Council of Ministers.​

A. Each government entity publishes a summary of the most important feedback on its draft laws related to economic development on the platform, as required by Cabinet Resolution No. (476) issued on March 10, 2020. The report will be published as soon as the government entity completes studying the feedback on the draft law. ​
