ProjTitle.icon Interoperability and integration

Dimension Definition: Interoperability and integration dimension is related to seamless flow of data through safely interconnected and integrated internal and external systems.

Scope:

  • This dimension defines interoperability and integration as the flow of data which requires connected, integrated, safe and secure coordination and oversight to ensure information systems are interoperable and data access is easily accessible to consumers.
  • The capture and mobilization of data across multiple sources, from clinician teams and health services to consumers, must be connected, accessible, and seamlessly interoperable

    Relevance to SeMA:
  • Identify the Digital health baseline within the healthcare provider facilities within the interoperability & integration dimension
  • Identify the Digital Health maturity levels/scores and any gaps in the baseline within the interoperability & integration dimension
  • Propose Digital Health areas of improvements and suggestions in the baseline within the interoperability & integration dimension

    Key Criteria:
