Article 30: Publication and Entry into effect

1. Subject to the transitioning provisions and timeframes set out in ‎Article 27 of the Law, the Law shall enter into effect after one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Any provisions that are inconsistent with the provisions of the Law shall be abrogated or disapplied and the Law should in any event take precedence over any provisions, regulations or regulatory decisions relating to Radio Spectrum.​
