ProjTitle.icon 14. General Provisions​​

14-1 CST will reviews this document periodically, and CST has the right to update it when necessary. 
14-2 All broadcasting devices must comply with the technical specifications published by CST on its website.
14-3 CST may restrict the licenses issued for the use of frequencies; If this leads to encouraging competition and/or promoting efficient and innovative use of frequency spectrum. 
14-4 CST issues licenses to use frequencies for radio stations on the basis of one location. These licenses are granted on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to the availability of frequencies required by the National Frequency Spectrum Plan and the provisions of this document. 
14-5 Obtaining a license from the General Commission for Audiovisual Media is not considered a license to use radio broadcasting frequencies which is licensed by the Communications, Space and Technology Commission based on the possibility of licensing the use of frequencies in the required geographical location, and the required capacity of the transmitting antenna, and without causing interference with other allocations or services.
