13-1 If CST detects that frequency use falls outside the terms of any authorized use, CST will serve an enforcement notice to the Frequency Usage Licensee requiring either immediate cessation of transmissions in the case of a serious deviation that could lead to harmful interference, or a correction within a given timescale for less serious deviations.
13-2 When using the frequency spectrum allocated for civil and commercial purposes in violation of the Law, the Regulations, or the terms and conditions of the license; CST may stop operating the devices used in the violation or withdraw them from service, and it may seek the assistance of the relevant authorities when needed.
