ProjTitle.icon Article 43:

  1. The non-Saudi consultant registered in the Register of Non-Saudi Consultants shall abide by the Rules of Professional Conduct for Lawyers and the ethics of the profession stipulated in the Law, its implementing regulations and the relevant Laws.
  2. The competent department may delete the name of the non-Saudi consultant from the register of non-Saudi consultants in the event that he violates the obligations mentioned in paragraph (1) of this article.
