Article 38:
The lawyer shall supervise his trainee, and work to develop him, and in order to do so shall:
- Transfer knowledge and develop a training plan that includes practical and theoretical aspects. The Ministry, in coordination with the Authority, develops models for training plans.
- Take the necessary to ensure that the trainee adheres to the Rules of Professional Conduct for Lawyers, and to the professional ethics stipulated in the Law, regulation and the relevant Laws.
- Supervise the work carried out by the trainee, and take responsibility for all the work provided by the trainee to practice the profession on his behalf.
