1- The owner of the agricultural holding must have a developed agricultural record
2- The trees required to be cut down or sold impede the benefit from the agricultural holding
3- The Ministry shall be notified in the case of trees to be cut from the list that is prohibited to be traded, transferred or cultivated in the form, and the relevant precautionary measures shall be taken
