Controls for granting citizens permission to cut or sell trees within agricultural holdings

1- The owner of the agricultural holding must have a developed agricultural record 

2- The trees required to be cut down or sold impede the benefit from the agricultural holding 

3- The Ministry shall be notified in the case of trees to be cut from the list that is prohibited to be traded, transferred or cultivated in the form, and the relevant precautionary measures shall be taken

The technical report shows that there are wild trees (forests) and he wants to cut them down or sell them. The request is referred to the National Center for Vegetation Coverage Development and Desertification Control to take the necessary measures according to the .regular procedures followed by them​
