On the Platform, the Controller’s delegate shall comply with the following:
1. Complete the registration procedures on the entity's behalf.
2. Complete the following data fields:
- The Personal Data Protection Officer in the cases stipulated in the Law and the Regulations and the Rules for Appointing the Personal Data Protection Officer.
- The entity’s Chief Data Officer, if any.
3. Review the results for the compliance and the provided services assessment.
4. Use the Platform Services in case no Personal Data Protection Officer is appointed, in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Law, the Regulations, and the Rules Governing Appointment.
5.Update the Controller's data regularly to maintain its validity and accuracy.
