A non-Saudi counselor’s name shall be removed from the registry of Non-Saudi counselors in the following circumstances:
1- The end of the contractual relationship between the non-Saudi counselor and the licensee with no submission of a new employment contract by the non-Saudi counselor with another licensee within thirty (30) days of the end date of the contractual relationship.
2- The Competent Department decides to delete the counselor’s name on the basis that the counselor violated the Code, its implementing regulation, this Regulation, or codes of professional conduct.
