As stipulated in paragraph (4) of Article (45) of the Code, the two partners who represent the firm in the Kingdom must meet the following requirements:
1- They are licensed to practice law in accordance to the provisions of the Code or any other foreign law governing the law practice.
2- They have no less than seven (7) years of practical experience, of which at least three (3) years after obtaining a law license.
