105. Notwithstanding Article 104, the consignor shall ensure that the dose rate at any point on the external surface of a package in category III-YELLOW to be transported under exclusive use does not exceed 10 mSv/h.
106. Any package or overpack whose transport index is greater than 10, or any consignment whose criticality safety index is greater than 50 shall be transported only under exclusive use.
